During this 45-minute private appointment, you will meet with an herbalist on staff to discuss your current lifestyle, medications, wellness concerns, health goals, and the areas of your life you’d like to support naturally. This experience allows us to listen deeply, research intentionally, and guide you toward herbal remedies, rituals, and wellness practices that align with your body and your vision for healing.

This is a safe, judgment-free space where your wellness journey is centered with care, attention, and intention.
